LOS ANGELES – A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to either turn over documents regarding its decision to terminate protections for children of immigrants – known as Dreamers – or submit a privilege log ahead of the summary judgment portion of a class action over the termination of DACA.
