MANHATTAN - Suing pop producer Dr. Luke and other board members of the premium water brand Core Nutrition, investor Jacob Kasher claims that he received about one-sixth of the $2.7 million to which he was entitled after a merger with Keurig Dr. Pepper.
A songwriter behind multiple Maroon 5, Usher and Britney Spears hits, Kasher also sued last year for unpaid royalties from Dr. Luke's Prescription Songs and Kasz Money company.
