CINCINNATI – The Sixth Circuit **granted an en banc rehearing of PreTerm Cleveland v. Himes. The court previously upheld an injunction in the case holding that a woman’s right to abortion cannot be blocked in Ohio based on indications that a fetus has Down syndrome.
