Don’t Redefine Gender, Group Tells California

SAN DIEGO (CN) - California's S.B. 777, which took effect in January, defines gender in a way that is "unconstitutionally vague," the California Education Committee claims in Superior Court. The group claims that the law, aimed at protecting students from discrimination because of sexual orientation, will, among other things, cause problems for high school coaches who won't know which locker room to send kids to.
