A Colorado prosecutor sued a Montrose County judge for allowing a “defense of consent” to a man under a no-contact order to a victim of domestic violence.

MONTROSE, Colo. — Seventh Judicial District Attorney Dan Hotesenpiller in Colorado filed suit in Montrose County Court against Judge Donald C. Jackson for allowing a “defense of consent” to a man under a no-contact order to a victim of domestic violence.
