A Colorado prosecutor <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Domestic-violence.pdf">sued </a></strong> a Montrose County judge for allowing a “defense of consent” to a man under a no-contact order to a victim of domestic violence.

MONTROSE, Colo. — Seventh Judicial District Attorney Dan Hotesenpiller in Colorado filed suit in Montrose County Court against Judge Donald C. Jackson for allowing a “defense of consent” to a man under a no-contact order to a victim of domestic violence.
