Domestic violence on campus

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A female student may bring her breach-of-contract suit against Syracuse University in a New York federal court. The young woman alleges the school violated its student handbook and Title IX policies when it rescinded a no-contact order against a male student whom she reported for domestic violence, and failed to timely forward her allegations to the police.
