Domestic terror plot sentencing

LOS ANGELES — A federal judge on Monday sentenced Mark Domingo, 28, to 25 years in prison followed by 20 years of probation for the attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction — in this case, a bomb loaded with hundreds of 3 1/2-inch nails — to avenge the deaths of Muslims in wars and mass shootings.
