Dogfight Over A Heated Dog Bed

CHICAGO (CN) - Advance Heat Products claims James Koskey of K&H Manufacturing persuaded Advance Heat manager Eric Kong Yau Ming to swipe trade secrets and use them to make a cheaper, knockoff heated dog bed, and sold it through their new company, Sinoethics. Plaintiff, a Chinese company, demands damages for conspiracy, tortious interference and theft of trade secrets.
