Dog Once Owned by J.Lo |Bites Again, Sitter Says

NEW YORK (CN) - A German shepherd that once belonged to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony is at the center of another lawsuit after he allegedly attacked the help - again.

Floyd vom Meierhoff used to belong to the singing couple until they were sued in 2008 after the trained guard dog allegedly attacked a flight attendant, a housekeeper and Anthony's personal assistant. Now, the babysitter is suing the dog's new owner, "West Wing" actress Nicole Robinson, alleging the dog attacked her while she was babysitting Robinson's 4-year-old daughter in January.

Lisa Cimino says in Superior Court that "without provocation, Floyd "aggressively attacked (her), biting her on both arms and causing her clothing to become covered in blood." The lawsuit says the dog attacked after the girl opened a door in the house.

Floyd belonged to Lopez and Anthony from 2005 to March 2007. The couple parted ways with the pooch after he attacked flight attendant Lisa Wilson, who sued in Brooklyn Federal Court. The parties settled for an undisclosed amount.

The lawsuit says Floyd had also attacked Lopez' housekeeper and Anthony's personal assistant before Robinson got him.

Cimino says she has been "severely traumatized by the attack," and seeks unspecified damages.

She is represented by William Carafo.
