CONROE, TEXAS (CN) - You cannot be serious, Timothy Herron tells John Hancock Life Insurance. Herron says he bought a $2 million life insurance from Hancock's predecessor in 1993, after acknowledging that he smokes 1 or 2 cigarettes a year. He demands damages for fraud and breach of contract, in Montgomery County Court.
