DMV Can’t Yank Driver’s Licenses Of Drunk Boaters

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The Department of Motor Vehicles cannot suspend the driver's licenses of people who are convicted of boating while intoxicated, a California state appeals court ruled. The justices upheld an injunction barring the state from suspending the driver's licenses of drunken boaters.
