Divorce arbitration

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Supreme Court upheld the lower court’s decision to preserve the arbitration award issued in a divorce. The husband argues that divorce should not be arbitrated, but he is the one who asked his soon-to-be-ex to arbitrate in the first place.
