LINCOLN, Neb. — A federal court in Nebraska upheld a lower court’s conviction of a man who trespassed and disturbed the peace in an Office Depot, where he caused a scene after refusing to wear a mask during the pandemic. He called the store manager names such as “gay,” “fat,” “pussy” and “big ogre” before poking the manager in the chest and punching him in the stomach.
