Disney taxes

ALBANY, N.Y. — A New York appeals court affirmed a tax court’s ruling dinging Disney for failing to pay $3.99 million in corporate taxes for 2008-2010, finding the law does not permit corporations to make deductions for royalty payments from foreign affiliates.
