LOS ANGELES (CN) - Exposure to toxic cooling system chemicals killed a woman after Disney dumped the poison into the street, where it drained onto the plaintiffs' property and into a city park, according to a lawsuit filed by the woman's husband and children. The family says it didn't know why the woman was sick until January, when an investigation by Environmental World Watch traced the source of the pollution to Disney studios in Burbank, Calif.
The family is represented in Superior Court by C. Brooks Cutter.
