Discarded Mail

A U.S. Postal Service mail carrier admitted to discarding mail, including 99 general election ballots that were being sent to residents in West Orange, New Jersey, on three occasions last year. The carrier pleaded guilty to one count of desertion of mails.

NEWARK, N.J. — A U.S. Postal Service mail carrier admitted to discarding mail, including 99 general election ballots that were being sent to residents in West Orange, New Jersey, on three occasions last year. The carrier pleaded guilty to one count of desertion of mails.
