Disabled Vet Says He Couldn’t Vote

TUCSON (CN) - The City of Tucson denied a disabled veteran his right to vote in the Nov. 6, 2007 elections because it would not accept his military ID card as identification and his driver's license listed a different address than the registrar, Frank Vallejo claims in Federal Court. Vallejo says he was turned away from the voting site where he's voted for 8 years.
