Disabled Riders

Disability rights organizations and disabled individuals have standing to pursue their claims that rideshare company Lyft violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal court in California ruled, but a trial is required to determine whether the plaintiffs’ proposed modifications — like renting out wheelchair accessible vehicles to drivers — are reasonable.
