Disability discrimination

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge ruled three disabled plaintiffs have standing to sue Uber for refusing to offer wheelchair-accessible rides in their hometowns of New Orleans and Jackson, Mississippi, even though none of them have downloaded the Uber app.
