BATON ROUGE, La. — A federal court in Louisiana dismissed a disabled former pharmacist’s claims against three insurance companies, who allegedly conspired to deny her of disability benefits related to her multiple sclerosis. In the course of litigation, “it now appears undisputed” the claimant and her husband have defrauded the insurers of $225,5789 in benefits, which the insurers now seek to recover.
