‘Directed energy weapons’

NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit declined to grant an injunction requested by Targeted Justice, a group that claims the federal government illegally surveilled them with directed energy weapons and voice-to-skull technology. The court concludes that the claims are unlikely to succeed on the merits.
