Digital Camera Patents

WASHINGTON - Noting a previous finding that certain digital cameras did not infringe on two patents held by Papst Licensing, a federal judge refused to find that the devices do not infringe on the "second connecting device" claim limitation.

The defendants who had moved for summary judgment included Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus, Samsung Techwin, Hewlett-Packard and Nikon.
