Did the ADL defame QAnon John?

FORT WORTH, Texas — The Anti-Defamation League partially prevailed over defamation claims filed by QAnon John, who the ADL accused of spreading antisemitic beliefs — a substantially true claim, a federal court in Texas ruled. QAnon John may proceed on his claim related to implications that he is a dangerous extremist, however, because the ADL’s “Glossary of Extremism and Hate” arguably refers to him as an “example of an extremist leader who propagates ideas that can inspire others to engage in criminal activity.”
