Diabetes Meds

Harris County’s deceptive trade practices claim against several companies that manufacture diabetes medication and companies that manage pharmacy benefits for most people in the U.S. may continue, a federal court in Houston ruled. The county claims a conspiracy between the manufacturers and pharmacy benefits managers created a “secret spread” between the reported price for diabetes drugs and the “true net” price for such drugs.
