Dharma Group Accused Of $17 Million Scam

DENVER (CN) - The Boulder-based Dharma Investment Group stole $17 million from investors across the United States by selling shares of unregistered securities and promissory notes, the Colorado Securities Commissioner claims in Denver County Court.

Defendants Bela Geczy and Michael Kass ran the scam, Colorado claims.

Here are the defendants: Dharma Investment Group LLC, Dharma Search LLC, Dharma Post LLC, Dharma Leeward LLC, California Oil LLC, Green Biofuel LLC, Dharma Exchange LLC, Dharma Mountain LLC, Dharma Holdings LLC, Dharma Coffee LLC, Dharma Advance LLC, Dharma Ethanol LLC, The Round Rock Group LLL, Bela Geczy, and Michael Kass.
