DENVER (CN) - The Boulder-based Dharma Investment Group stole $17 million from investors across the United States by selling shares of unregistered securities and promissory notes, the Colorado Securities Commissioner claims in Denver County Court.
Defendants Bela Geczy and Michael Kass ran the scam, Colorado claims.
