Devry Said to Rip Medical Technical Students

SACRAMENTO (CN) - Eleven students claims Devry dba Western Career College defrauded them each for $26,000 in tuition for an inadequate and unaccredited course in ultrasound technology that was far inferior to what the college promised.

They say the chool still is not accredited to deliver what it promised.

The students also sued the U.S. Education Corp. They demand punitive damages for fraud, negligence, unjust enrichment, unfair competition, and consumer law violations. They are represented in Superior Court by Stuart Talley with Kershaw Cutter & Ratinoff.
