Deutsche Telekom Must Pay $14.7 Million Fine

LUXEMBOURG (CN) - Europe's second-highest court upheld a $14.7 million fine imposed on Deutsche Telekom AG in 2003 for abusing its near-monopoly of German phone and Internet networks by charging its competitors higher prices than its own customers.
