Dershowitz Drama

HARTFORD, Conn. — Psychiatrist Dr. Bandy Lee claims in a federal complaint that Yale University fired her on trumped-up ethics charges after she linked Alan Dershowitz’s comment about his “perfect sex life” to a phenomenon called “shared psychosis” or folie à plusieurs.

Denying that she diagnosed Dershowitz as psychotic with that observation, Lee says the school created a pretext to fire her over protected speech.
