DENVER - A philosophy professor who suffers from depression claims the University of Colorado at Boulder defamed him and barred him from campus because he told a "philosopher's joke:" that he "would not kill anyone unless they were 'truly evil' or had 'Hitler's soul,'" in Federal Court.
