Dr. Robert J. Carson coaxed a female patient into having a sexual relationship with him while he was treating her for depression at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, the woman claims in Cuyahoga County Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Golden State Utility Co. in Los Angeles Superior Court; Wet Seal in Orange County Superior Court; Entercom Communications Corp. in San Francisco Superior Court; Hunter Roberts Construction Group in Manhattan Federal Court; Florida Tire and United Paint and Decorating of Florida in Orlando Federal Court; Sahib Shriners Holding Corp. in Tampa Bay Federal Court; Merrill Lynch & Co. in San Diego Federal Court; Staples in Baltimore Federal Court; Exel Direct in Chicago Federal Court; Guru Electric and General Construction, International Fidelity Insurance, American Contractors Indemnity and Berkeley Unified School District in Santa Clara County Court; and Sacramento County in Sacramento Federal Court.
