A California voter who’s proudly voted to uphold and enforce the death penalty in the Golden State sued Governor Gavin Newsom and corrections secretary Kathleen Allison on Wednesday, complaining Newsom unilaterally ended executions and Allison dismantled the state’s only death chamber.
