PASADENA, Calif. – A Ninth Circuit panel on Tuesday upheld a businessman’s wire fraud and conspiracy convictions related to his sale of knock-off batteries to the Pentagon, finding the “voluminous” evidence against him trumped small ruling errors made by the trial judge.
