Defamation suit vs. Hunter Biden fails

DOVER, Dela. — The Delaware Supreme Court denied an appeal by the computer repairman who sued Hunter Biden, Politico and the Biden Campaign for defamatory statements about his role in disclosing Hunter Biden’s recovered data to Rudy Giuliani in 2020. The repairman is a limited-purpose public figure who could not show that any of the statements made about him were made with actual malice.
