SANTA ANA, Calif. – Nora Garibotti claims Discovery Communications and others defamed her in a TV show about the late (nonparty) Joey Bishop, called “The Will: Family Secrets Revealed,” which portrayed her as Bishop’s caretaker rather than his significant other, and as a bad, money-grabbing character.
