Death by Silicone

The Georgia Supreme Court ruled that double jeopardy does not bar the prosecution of a woman who pleaded guilty in federal court in stealing liquid silicone and was indicated in state court for malice murder after she injected the silicone into the buttocks of a woman who died after the substance traveled to her organs.
