Dealership faces sexual harassment suit

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A Ford dealership couldn’t dodge two saleswomen’s invasion of privacy, reckless supervision and employment retention claims related to sexual harassment they endured at work. The evidence shows the dealership’s management witnessed sexual harassment before one of the two women complained, and eight other women complained to management about their work environment. A reasonable jury could determine the dealership “consciously chose to minimize the situation.”
