Data Throttling

The Ninth Circuit will revisit en banc its panel’s <a href="http://archive.courthousenews.com/CnsNews/Story/Index/94075">finding</a> that AT&amp;T Mobility is exempt from the Federal Trade Commission’s charges of data throttling, according to an <strong><a href="http://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2017/05/09/15-16585.pdf">order</a></strong> issued by Chief Circuit Judge Sidney Thomas on Tuesday.

SAN FRANCISCO – The Ninth Circuit will revisit en banc its panel’s finding that AT&T Mobility is exempt from the Federal Trade Commission’s charges of data throttling, according to an order issued by Chief Circuit Judge Sidney Thomas on Tuesday.
