Data Breach

A federal court in Florida certified a class of individuals who made credit or debit card purchases at Chili’s restaurant locations affected by a data breach. The court certified a nationwide class on its negligence claim and a class of California residents on unfair competition law claims.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A federal court in Florida certified a class of individuals who made credit or debit card purchases at Chili’s restaurant locations affected by a data breach. The court certified a nationwide class on its negligence claim and a class of California residents on unfair competition law claims.
