The United States brought a federal complaint against a New York City toymaker whose products it says pose risks to children through illegal levels of total lead content, among other violations.

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - The United States brought a federal complaint against Everbright Trading, saying the New York City toymaker’s products pose risks to children through illegal levels of total lead content, accessible batteries, loop-prone straps or cords, inadequately labeled latex balloons lacking, among other violations.
