BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The United States brought a federal complaint against Everbright Trading, saying the New York City toymaker’s products pose risks to children through illegal levels of total lead content, accessible batteries, loop-prone straps or cords, inadequately labeled latex balloons lacking, among other violations.
