Dangerous Hot Dog

A federal court in Pennsylvania declined to dismiss negligence claims against the manufacturer of a hot dog sold at a Walmart store. A man claims he broke his dentures and cut his tongue after biting on a sharp metal blade lodged inside of the hot dog.
