Damages for Terrorism

A federal court in Washington, D.C. ruled that Iran owes damages to a private contractor, sent to assist in the renovation of a hotel for U.N. personnel, and the family of his deceased colleague. The coworkers were abducted from an airport in Yemen by members of the Houthi militant group.
