Dakota Access Pipeline

A federal appeals court in Washington denied Dakota Access, LLC’s petition for a rehearing en banc of its decision upholding a district court’s order that threw out the Dakota Access Pipeline’s easement and directed the Army Corps of Engineers to prepare an environmental impact study.

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court in Washington denied Dakota Access, LLC’s petition for a rehearing en banc of its decision upholding a district court’s order that threw out the Dakota Access Pipeline’s easement and directed the Army Corps of Engineers to prepare an environmental impact study.
