D.C. Circuit

EMPLOYMENT - Brady was demoted by the House Office of the Sergeant at Arms for grabbing his crotch in front of three co-workers. The D.C. Circuit ruled that the office produced legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for the demotion, and Brady failed to present evidence he was demoted because of his race.
