D.C. Circuit

LABOR - Two volunteer members of the Metropolitan Police Department, who belong to the Reserve Corps, claimed they were improperly denied the right to organize for collective bargaining. The D.C. Circuit ruled that Reserve Corps members are not generally treated as members of the actual police department, and are subject to at-will dismissal.
