D.C. Circuit

EMPLOYMENT - An Australian resident claimed that the Washington Hospital Center wrongfully fired him for refusing to take part in a cover-up after a co-worker was injected with radioactive dye. The D.C. Circuit ruled that his claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress had been improperly dismissed at the pleading stage. Partially reversed. See ruling.
