Cycling Accident

A championship bicycle race promoter cannot enforce a seriously injured bicyclist’s signed liability waiver, a federal court in Utah ruled. The promoters knew the road was closed for repairs but did not notify riders of the concrete road block, which the bicyclist crashed into.
