POCATELLO, Idaho – A federal court in Idaho dismissed all of a family’s personal injury claims and certain other claims relating to their son’s accidental detonation of an M-44 or “cyanide bomb” that had been placed near their home. The detonation of the device, used by the U.S. Division of Wildlife Services to kill predators, injured the boy and killed his dog.
